Scout Week celebrates the positives of scouting such as education, new experiences and adventures, and family bonding. Current scouts are allowed to wear their uniforms all week (girls, wear your vest or sash over your school uniform). Everyone is invited to the Ice Cream Social whether already a scout, interested in finding out more information, or needing to transfer from another troop. Leaders will be present with registration forms and to answer your questions. The Ice Cream Social will be Friday, September 30th at 6:30 pm in the Saint Rita Parish Center (location change!) …bring the whole family! The week will conclude with a Scout Mass on Sunday, October 2nd at 11:15 am at St. Rita Church. All new and returning scouts are invited to wear their uniforms to Mass and receive a special blessing and patch. Scouts may sit with their families in the front pews. Look for letters from troop and den leaders to come home during Scout Week and contact the leader for your child’s grade/level if you need more information. Special Notice:
