Attention Parents:

Announcing our Innisbrook Gift Wrap and Chocolate Fundraiser!
September 3rd–25th

Your children recently received their fundraising catalogues and instruction packet, which you have hopefully had a chance to look over. They also attended an assembly that highlighted some of the exciting prizes they’ll receive for participating.

This fundraiser is one of our most important fundraisers of the year and the proceeds go directly to funding our St. Rita School teacher and staff Christmas gifts. These gifts are invaluable in showing our immense appreciation for all the hard work and dedication our teachers give to St. Rita School. Your participation in the fundraiser is crucial to its success. This year, the fundraiser runs from September 3rd to September 25th.

We wanted to highlight a few aspects of how the fundraiser works:

Order Process:

This year for the first time, all orders should be entered through the Innisbrook website. You will NOT be turning in your order sheets as in years past. The instructions for doing this can be found here, as well as in the packet that went home.

If for whatever reason you cannot enter orders via a computer, PLEASE feel free to contact Maureen or Laura and we will gladly enter the order online for you.

Prizes:

The Innisbrook packet details the different prize levels that are determined by how many items your child sells. In addition, the PTO offers some extra prizes:

  • Every Friday of the fundraiser we will hold a prize drawing. If your child sells 5 items that week, they will be entered in the drawing. Please use the this form and return it to your child’s teacher by Friday each week letting us know if your child sells 5 items that week.
  • If your child sells 10 items in a week, they will automatically receive a “Free Dress Down Day” pass. Again, please sign the form attached by Friday of each week if your child sells 10 items that week.
  • The class that has the highest class participation will be treated to an Ice Cream Brownie Sundae Party, complete with all the toppings. Selling even one item qualifies as participating!
  • If your child sells 30 items during the fundraiser, they will enjoy a lunch at McDonalds with Mrs. Schlickenmaier after the fundraiser is over.
  • If your child sells 40 items during the fundraiser, they will be invited to go on a “Limo Lunch Ride” in November. They will ride to a fun lunch in a real stretch limo—a very cool event!
